The Hometown staff were extremely helpful with our purchase of a stand-alone double oven at the Ramona, California location. A friendly customer even jumped in to help us load the heavy oven/stove into the back of my truck. With the clerk on the hand truck and the two of us guys on either side, we were able to safely and easily tip the unit up and onto the tailgate and slide it safely into the bed . The clerk even made sure that I had sufficient padding protection for the tie-downs I was using for the trip home (you see, this kind of stuff happens when you grab the floor model when you just can't wait for your order to come in...the bane of living an hour away in the desert) ;)

This place gets 5 stars from me because customer service was excellent! The people knew their stuff when I asked specific questions concerning a product, was able to recommend a different model that was better and slightly higher in price and was in stock. In and out in 5 minutes and another minute to load the product in the vehicle. Great job guys.

We have only been in the store a couple times but like it so far. We have gotten the typical with the various sales people we have talked in in that some seem a little more "forward" in trying to get us to purchase at that moment and others are not as forward. Communication on an purchase exchange that we are doing has been lacking and is the only reason right now that I didnt give it 5 starts.
