Friendly & helpful staff in convenience market with deli. Pizza & varied menu @ Ramona Lisa's. Good Mexican fare in restaurant next door. Popular meeting place for morning coffee is at the separate "Java Hut" in a corner of the parking lot near an exit. Plus there's an Ace hardware behind the small shopping center.
It is not an actual mall. The Mexican restaurant always gives me some weird avocado diluted stuff, even when I ask for avocado slices. The pizza next door is expensive. It is amazing though...just too expensive.
(They even sell fresh eggs from a local chicken ranch!)

A convenience store, Mexican food, Italian food all have great tasting food. Serving the Estates, it is the only close shopping center for 5 miles.
The best Ace, and possibly best hardware store in the US. The county store is good, but expensive...everyone is nice and there are a lot of items.
