I shop here regularly. The staff is friendly and courteous. I don't usually have to wait in long lines. They're pretty fast. And the prices are lower than other markets in the area.

Although the store is clean and employees are friendly and knowledgeable, there are never enough checkers. The lines are always too long where I would rather drive down the hill than wait in line because either the scheduling in done wrong or Stater Bros corporate, is too cheap to keep this store properly staffed. This is definitely not a store where one can grab something quickly. That said, again, the store staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great prices and specials. Great deli/prepared food section. No Starbucks.
Busy store, good selection. Less than super friendly customer service unless you are a local, it seems. Excellent customer service in the Wells Fargo branch inside the store. Well maintained restrooms. Pretty clean store.
Shop at Stater Bros. Regularly. Quality of items, always very good. Rarely have I Ever had to return an item. Produce always fresh..with much variety. I enjoy the helpful staff, which helps the shopping experience!!
